Technical & Customer Support Executive

Customer Support Executive Duties:

  1. Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone. Work with other departments to resolve Customer issues in a timely manner.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for customer support and Complaints.
  3. Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues.
  4. Work to improve the customer support portal to create a better experience for the customer.
  5. Also, include Admin duties as they must work on ERP Tutorials, etc.

Expertise & Experience: 

Good English, good communication, and fundamental knowledge of IT systems; With Bachelor’s degree minimum.
